Part I: General Conditions
Confidentiality:
Nino G. Cocchiarella, dba "NINO" states that all information
given herein shall remain confidential, and that any pricing, conceptual
ideas, or copyright ownership shall remain the property of NINO until
such time as "Client" and NINO deem it appropriate to release information herein specified as confidential.
Proposal Validity:
Proposals shall remain valid 30 days from stated date.
Awarding all or part of proposal:
All elements of this proposal are contingent upon the award for the project as a whole and should be considered as such. If "Client" accepts individual element(s) of this proposal, "NINO" reserves the right to re-estimate any or all portions awarded.
Payment:
Nino G. Cocchiarella, dba "NINO" payment terms are net
30. If a project extends beyond one month, "NINO" reserves
the right to invoice in monthly increments for work produced and
expenses incurred during that period.
Declaration of Good Faith:
Project proposals are made in good faith, but may be subject to change if the production process takes unanticipated directions and/or "Client" alters project specifications.
Part II: Copyright(s) General for Assignments / Negotiable:
Nino
G. Cocchiarella, dba "NINO", will grant a license to
("Client") for "Exclusive Market Specific Rights" for
a period of two(2) years from the time of payment for any or all parts
of creative, photographic, and/or conceptual work herein proposed.
This allows the usage for marketing purpose(s) in the medium(s) set
forth in this proposal, within the United States only. It does not
cover resale, full ownership, buyout, nor does it allow for transference
of copyright. Additional licensing is available and open to negotiation.
Nino G. Cocchiarella reserves the right to use any/all materials produced
for the purpose of self-promotion.

This website

programming code and or concepts contained on this site are the property
